pressures.

that's before we throw in the fact that you are
celebrating a milestone in your child's life and that
means the day must be perfect.

You can book your SplashParty right here
online, we will confirm your requested party date and
all the details within 48 hours or less. The first thing
you need to do is decide on a date. In our busy seasons
(April - June and Sept - Dec) it is not unusual for us
to have weekend days booked 3-6 months in advance. As
soon as you have a date in mind, book it.
HOW LONG
IS EACH PARTY?
SplashParty's are customized for you, but
normally we suggest a two hour party. 60 minutes in the
pool and 60 minutes party time (cake, ice cream, gifts).
If you want more pool time we suggest you book 90
minutes in the pool and 30 minutes party time.
We strongly recommend keeping your party,
particularly for younger children, to two hours. If you
book your party 3 months (or more) in advance there is
normally flexibility on time slots.

WHAT IF I WANT A THEME THAT IS NOT LISTED?
Not a problem. We are constantly
developing new themes and ideas - often because a child
has asked for something new. We love working with
children to create new party ideas, that's what your
child's SplashParty Coordinator is for.
IS
THERE A TYPICAL STRUCTURE TO THE PARTY?
Your Party
Coordinator will gladly go over ALLof the details of
your party, as not all parties are exactly alike.
Typical SplashParty's begin . . . .
1.
Registration at the door as each guest
arrives.
2. Arm Bands are
issued to each child - arm band colors are based on
their ability to swim. This helps our staff keep a
closer eye on our "non swimmers".
3. Pictures are taken
of each guest, before he/she enters the pool.
4. Pool and Party time's
are based
on the package that you select when you book your party.
5. Cake and Ice Cream
after the "pool time" is over
6. Open presents
7. And unfortunately
....... time to go home.
HOW
MANY STAFF MEMBERS ARE AT THE PARTY?
We will staff our
parties based on the number of guests you invite and the
average age of the guests invited. We will ALWAYS staff
for the
safety of the children. On average our
staff consists of three minimum (1 Life Guard, 1
Hostess, 1 Staff) We will always
comply with Georgia state laws in regards
to the number of required lifeguard and our insurance
guidelines.
WHAT AM
I, THE PARENT, SUPPOSED TO DO?
Simply sit back, watch and enjoy the
party . . . You can do as much or as little as you like.
Our suggestion is

We encourage all of our adults to get in
the pool and HAVE FUN with the kids.
WHAT ABOUT
FOOD?
We are not a caterer or prepare food. You
are welcome to bring food or grill hotdogs or
hamburgers, we will supply the grill. Please let your
SplashParty Coordinator know if you intend on bringing
food items. We are flexible . . . it's your SplashParty.
WHAT ABOUT A
CAKE?
If you book a Deluxe or Extreme Party
Package, we will take care of the cake for you - All of
our cakes are ordered through one of our local bakeries.

We are happy to order, pick up and have
your child's cake ready for the party.
WHAT
ABOUT A BOUNCE HOUSE?
We generally find that the kids have so
much fun in the pool that a bounce house is not
necessary. However, you are welcome to rent one if you
like. Our insurance prohibits us from renting them. We
have relationships with some of the local rental
companies and can make all of the arrangements. You
simply have to pay that company directly.
WHAT IF
WE WANT A PONY?
Due to local city ordinances and our
insurance carrier, we can not accommodate animals of any
sort, including petting zoos.
HOW MUCH
SHOULD I EXPECT TO PAY?
All of our SplashParty Packages are
listed on our website. If you don't see a package that
fits your needs, just call us. We will gladly provide
you with an estimate.
HOW AND
WHEN DO I PAY?
We require a $75.00 Deposit at the time
of booking and the balance of the party cost is due at
the end the event. The easiest way (for you) is to pay
by credit card online and authorize us to charge out the
final bill on the same card at the end of the event.
